There is a form of lightness that should not be mistaken for superficiality, but understood as the ability to free the world from its weight. It is within this suspended space that Shiromozuku’s artistic research takes shape, where drawing becomes the language of a sensibility capable of transforming fragility into a quiet strength. Her figures seem to inhabit an intermediate dimension, suspended between reality and imagination, where every element dissolves to reveal what normally remains invisible. The lines, essential and fluid, do not merely define a body but follow its very breath, while color does not fill the space, it flows through it like a current of light, evoking energies, emotions, and memories that elude any fixed form. Hair, fabric, and light merge into a single continuous movement, suggesting an identity that is never static but constantly evolving.
